Service Description
The first step in joining the Blooming Child family is to experience our center firsthand. We encourage you to schedule an on-site tour to: - Meet our dedicated staff and educators. - Explore our learning environments, playgrounds, and facilities. - Observe our curriculum and programs in action. - Understand our approach to safety, nutrition, and learning. This visit is vital to see if our center aligns with your expectations and to feel the warmth and caring nature of our learning community.
Cancellation Policy
1. Scheduling a Tour: - Booking: Schedule tours at least 24 hours in advance via our website or by calling 513-996-0111. - Availability:Tours are available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. 2. Tour Details: - Duration: Tours last 30 minutes to 1 hour. - ID Requirement: Present a valid photo ID upon arrival. - Children Welcome: Children are encouraged to join the tour to ensure a good fit for everyone. 3. Health and Safety: - Protocols: Follow our COVID-19 safety measures, including masks, hand sanitization, and social distancing as applicable. 4. Cancellation Policy: - Notice: Provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. 5. Confidentiality: - Privacy: No photography or video recording is allowed during the tour without prior authorization. 6. What to Expect: - Facilities: Visit classrooms, play areas, eating areas, and other key facilities. - Meet the Team: Opportunity to meet staff and ask questions.
