ENROLLMENT STEPS
🌿 Step 1: Schedule a Tour
Your journey with Rooted Early Learning begins with a visit. We invite families to schedule an on‑site tour to experience our nurturing, faith‑centered environment firsthand.
During your tour, you’ll have the opportunity to:
-
Meet the caregiver and learn about our program and approach
-
Explore our calm, welcoming learning spaces and outdoor play area
-
Observe our daily routines and play‑based learning in action
-
Learn more about our safety practices, daily care, and faith‑based values
This visit allows you to get a true sense of our program and prayerfully decide if Rooted Early Learning is the right fit for your child and family.
“Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed.”
— Proverbs 20:18
✍️ Step 2: Complete the Enrollment Paperwork
After your tour, we’ll provide you with our Application & Enrollment Packet—your next step toward joining the Rooted Early Learning family.
Paperwork may be shared in person or sent through Lillio, our secure and easy‑to‑use parent engagement app. We strive to make this step clear, organized, and stress‑free so families feel supported from the very beginning.
Once completed and returned, we’ll review your information and move forward together with care and intention.
“Let all things be done decently and in order.”
— 1 Corinthians 14:40
📁 Step 3: Submit Required Documents
To complete your child’s enrollment at Rooted Early Learning, we’ll ask families to provide a few important documents. These materials help us prepare to care for your child safely and thoughtfully from the very first day.
Required documents include:
-
A copy of your child’s birth certificate
-
Up‑to‑date immunization records or approved exemptions
-
Any health or developmental information that may support your child’s care
Sharing this information allows us to better understand your child’s needs and ensure we are fully prepared to provide loving, attentive, and appropriate care.
“Know well the condition of your flocks, and give attention to your herds.”
— Proverbs 27:23
💰 Step 4: Tuition & Financial Planning
During your tour, we’ll review tuition rates, payment options, and answer any questions you may have. We believe that high‑quality, faith‑based early learning should be accessible to families, and we’re happy to walk through options together to support your needs.
If your family receives Publicly Funded Child Care (PFCC), we are happy to help guide you through the connection process.
PFCC Information:
-
Hamilton County residents: Families must submit a Child Care Connection through the county system
-
Butler County residents: Please contact your local ODJFS office to complete the enrollment process
If you need assistance or have questions along the way, we’re always here to help.
🌸 Step 5: Welcome to the Rooted Family
Once we’ve reviewed your completed application and required documents, we’ll reach out to connect with you, answer any remaining questions, and confirm next steps. From there, we’ll officially welcome you into the Rooted Early Learning family.
We are honored to partner with you during this meaningful season of your child’s life and look forward to nurturing their growth in a loving, faith‑filled environment.
